In order for a Wedding Day to run smoothly, you need a solid, well laid foundation. During Phase One of our planning process, we figure out all of the pertinent logistics such as your budget, vendor selection, and all of the important details that will make your wedding day a success.

BLUE PRINT EXECUTION
Phase Two is all about creating a clear roadmap for your big day. We finalize your timeline, confirm details with vendors, and ensure every piece of the puzzle fits perfectly. This is where your wedding day starts to take shape, with all the plans coming together into a cohesive, stress-free vision.

MANAGEMENT MATERIAL
Finally, in Phase Three, we bring it all together. We will manage your vendors to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of your wedding. Our team will be there to oversee all of the details to make sure your day is perfect. We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your special day, knowing that everything is taken care of.

Frequently asked questions
ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?
Yes! We charge $.75/km over 30km for travel from our office location, as well as hotel accommodations for two nights for any location more than 1.5 hours away from our office. Please inquire about our international travel rates.
Can you help with our wedding design?
Absolutely! We offer design, decor, and floral services to help create a cohesive and personalized look for your wedding. Visit Design and Florals for more information.
Do you work on holiday weekends?
Absolutely! As a fair-wage employer, we pay our employees time and a half for all holidays. In order to do this, we charge clients looking to have their wedding on a holiday, a holiday premium of 20% of the total bill.
How far in advance should we book?
It's generally recommended to book at least 12-18 months before your wedding date. However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, so feel free to reach out even if your date is approaching.
Do you have a preferred vendors list?
I do! Over the years I have had the privilege of working with some of the most talented folks in the industry. After our kick-off call, I will make recommendations based on your budget, personality, and overall wedding aesthetic.
What is included in your planning package?
Our planning packages are completely customizable based on your needs. During our initial consultation we can discover what your needs are, and recommened services that will help!
