Timeline
Once you’ve signed the contract, we’ll schedule a design meeting to dive into all things design and logistics. After this meeting, I’ll create a detailed design proposal tailored to your vision. We’ll refine the proposal together until it’s perfect. As your wedding approaches, we’ll have follow-up meetings at the 90-day and 30-day marks to review and finalize every detail, ensuring everything is seamless for your big day.
Availability
We take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure that our clients receive our undivided attention.
Investment
In order to achieve the signature Wild Bloem Studios look, our required minimum spend is $5,500.

Can you work within my budget?
Absolutely! With a minimum required spend of $5,500, we specialize in creating elevated, bespoke designs that maximize your investment. This starting point allows us to incorporate premium blooms, luxurious decor, and artful details that truly transform your wedding into an unforgettable experience. For couples seeking even more grandeur, we’re happy to explore additional design elements to take your vision to the next level.
Do you have rentals?
Yes! We have over 250 pieces of decor, 100 table linens, and 500 napkins in house. We also frequently make or buy items to match our clients designs.
Will you set-up my personal decor?
Included in the price of our Floral and Decor package is the set-up of two Rubbermaid containers of personal items. If there’s any additional decor, we’ll need to bring in extra team members to handle the setup, which will result in additional fees to ensure everything is executed flawlessly.
What happens if a specific flower isn’t available?
Nature can be unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered! If a flower is unavailable, we’ll select the perfect substitute that fits your colour palette and vibe, ensuring your design remains stunning and cohesive
